Community information

It is important that all residents have the opportunity to understand community information, and therefore it is also important for this information to be translated into the right language. At Språkbolaget, we often translate informational texts into several different languages. In addition to translations between Swedish and English, we also translate frequently into Somalian, Sorani (Central Kurdish), Arabic, Dari, Farsi (Persian), and Tigrinya – languages spoken by many of our new fellow residents of Sweden. Translating texts for use in Sweden is a slightly different process than translating texts for a foreign market. Together with you, we will develop an effective and sustainable work process and maintain a close dialogue throughout the project. We have broad experience with translation into immigrant languages, and translation into these languages may require more time for layout, quality control and translation – read more about how we work with immigrant languages here.
